Shark Tank’s Steve Baxter sells Brisbane start-up hub to Australian Computer Society

Mr Baxter founded RCL in his home town in 2012, funding it from his own pocket after selling fibre-builder Pipe Networks, which he co-founded with school friend Bevan Slattery, to David Teoh’s TPG Telecom for $373 million in 2010. He said he could no longer spend sufficient time on RCL.
