GoCatch resignations raise questions as company faces danger of being Ubered

It is never a good look when a star-studded board and chief executive quit amid a capital raising and the new chairman thanks the only other director on the board for his “bravery”. Earlier last week, taxi app start-up GoCatch, did all of that when it wrote to shareholders spruiking a rights issue along with a string of board and senior executive changes.
